Matiev: condition of victim of fire-fight near Galashki is stably grave

As reported by Beslan Matiev, the Minister of Public Health of Ingushetia, the patient Bogatyryov, 60, a resident of the village of Galashki, Sunzha District of Ingushetia, who was wounded in a shooting, is in serious but stable condition; there is no threat to his life.

The "Caucasian Knot" has informed that on October 29 in the vicinity of Galashki power agents came across a group of suspected members of the armed underground – and an armed clash burst out. As a result, a bystander was wounded by an occasional bullet.

"Bogatyryov was taken to the SunzhaDistrictHospital with multiple gunshot wounds of his back, spinal cord and a hip. Initially doctors thought to transfer him to the Republic's Hospital; however, upon inspection, they concluded that they would cope themselves," Beslan Matiev told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

According to his story, Bogatyryov's multiple wounds could be caused by the fact that the man "was, probably, caught by crossfire."
