Employee of Dagestani Ministry of Finance shot dead in Makhachkala

A specialist of the Ministry of Finance of Dagestan was killed today in Makhachkala, said the law enforcement bodies of the republic. A source from the investigation has specified that Murad Kasimov, an employee of the Ministry, fell victim to the attackers.

The murder took place at about 4:00 p.m.

"At No. 89 in Shamil Street, unidentified persons opened fire at the Lexus car that was driven by Kasimov, who died from the received wounds. An investigation team is studying the venue," the "Interfax" quotes the spokesman of the Investigating Department for Dagestan of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF).

It is not specified whether Murad Kasimov was alone in his car or with some passengers.
