Three students from Syria deported from Krasnodar Airport to Turkey
On November 4, three students, who at night of November 3 arrived in Russia from Syria, were deported from Krasnodar Airport to Turkey. This was reported by Asker Sokht, Chairman of the "Adyge Khase", the public organization of the Krasnodar Territory.
According to his story, the students arrived in Russia to continue their studies because of military actions in Syria. Invitations to the students for a period of one year were registered in the Russian Federal Migration Service (FMS) for the Republic of Adygea.
The chairman of the public organization "Adyge Khase" was explained by border guards that the deportation had been agreed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation because of errors in visas.
The Circassian organizations of Turkey intend together with young people to apply to the General Consulate of the Russian Federation to solve the problems of their lawful arrival in Russia.
Asker Sokht has called the incident at the Krasnodar Airport a provocation aimed to discredit the statements of Dmitry Kozak, Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, and Alexander Tkachov, Governor of the Krasnodar Territory, made at the meeting with the International Circassian community held in Sochi.
The social movement "Adyge Khase-Circassian Parliament" of Adygea has called those actions "unlawful, cynical and based on nationalistic xenophobic approach to the issue of repatriation of Circassians of Syria to their historical homeland."
Let us remind you that on December 16, 2012, next group of Circassians from Syria, which consisted of 10 persons, arrived in the Moscow "Domodedovo" Airport from the Jordanian capital of Amman to stay in Russia. However, at the border customs check point, five persons were detained and deported to Jordan.
