In Malgobek, 32 families receive keys to new apartments
On Monday, the day of celebration of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the city of Malgobek, the authorities of Ingushetia handed over the keys of new apartments to 32 families. This was announced by Ruslan Khautiev, Minister for External Affairs, National Policy, Media and Information of Ingushetia.
"According to the programme 'Dilapidated Housing', 32 families received apartments in the new buildings, and remaining 16 apartments will be sold by the developer at commercial price. Within the programme to return the Russian-speaking people, we have allocated 10 apartments, and, in addition, 21 housing certificates were handed over to internally displaced persons (IDPs) from Chechnya. Those families will be able to purchase housing from the housing stock of the republic by their own," the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent has been explained by Akhmed Dodov, Mayor of the city of Malgobek.
Besides, according to Khavash Galaev, the head of the department of architecture and property relations of the Malgobek city administration, on the same day, Alley named after Geidar Aliev was opened in the city centre.
Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" has already reported about the problem of IDPs in Ingushetia. So, on April 11, the Karabulak City Court granted the lawsuit filed by the city administration and pronounced the decision to evict 35 residents of the "Promzhilbaza". On October 7, forced eviction began. On October 10, at the International Conference of Ombudsmen, Yunus-Bek Evkurov promised to solve all the problems associated with the housing accommodation of refugees and residents of landslide zone till the end of 2015.
