In Krasnodar, court prohibits distributing Dokku Umarov's video message in Russia and on Internet
The video record with the message of Dokku Umarov, the leader of the banned organization "Imarat Kavkaz" has been declared extremist. On Thursday, the appropriate decision was pronounced by the Lenin District Court of Krasnodar. This was reported by the Regional Prosecutor's Office. The prosecutors did not specify what kind of the video record was mentioned.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in October, Leonid Korzhinek, Prosecutor of the Krasnodar Territory, filed a complaint to the court. The complaint presented the results of linguistic examination, during which experts found "in the video message the appeals to terrorist activities and justification of terrorism."
Let us remind you that in July, the Chechen Prosecutor's Office submitted a claim to the Lenin District Court of Grozny to limit access to the video message of Dokku Umarov. In that case, it was a video record calling to disrupt the Olympic Games in Sochi. In the same video message that appeared on the video service "YouTube" in July 2013, Dokku Umarov cancelled the moratorium on carrying out terror acts in Russia, which had been introduced on February 2, 2012.
