Death toll in terror act in Volgograd reaches 18 persons
Death toll in the terror act in Volgograd has reached 18 persons. At night of December 30, Andrei Zadorin, who was in critical condition, died in hospital. This was reported by a source from the health care institutions of the Southern Federal District (SFD).
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in the afternoon of December 29, in Volgograd, an explosion occurred at the railway station. Later, investigators classified it as a terror act.
At present, doctors are busy to save the people, who stay in hospitals and medical institutions. This was reported by the "Interfax" with reference to a source from the health care institutions of the SFD.
An aircraft of the Ministry for Emergencies (MfE) brought to Moscow hospitals seven persons wounded in the terror act in Volgograd. According to the preliminary information, three out of the seven victims, who were brought to Moscow, are in serious condition. This was reported by the RIA "Novosti" with reference to the press service of the Federal Ministry of Health.
