Death toll of car explosion in Khasavyurt is two
The Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) reports with reference to the latest data of power agents that the explosion of a police car in Khasavyurt on December 30 claimed two human lives.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the bomb went off in Khasavyurt at the intersection of Datuev and Batyrmurzaev Streets, when a car with inspectors of the patrol-and-post service (PPS) was passing by. The local Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) said that in total seven persons were hit by the blast, four policemen included. Later, one civilian died.
Now the website of the ICRF reports that two young men have died from the wounds, while the wounded policemen were hospitalized.
The Investigating Committee of Dagestan opened a criminal case under five articles of the Russian Criminal Code.
