In Dagestan, landmine explosion wounded two policemen
Two policemen were wounded by the explosion that occurred yesterday en route of a police KamAZ truck in Dagestan, the press service of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) reports today.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in the morning on January 6, near the village of Chontaul, Kizilyurt District of Dagestan, a self-made landmine went off en route of a police KamAZ truck. Then, the police said that nobody was hurt by the explosion.
"Policemen diagnosed of a mild contusion have been placed to the Central City Hospital of Kizilyurt," said the press service of the ICRF, noting that the explosion damaged the truck.
The website of the ICRF explains that a special inspector of the investigation-operative group of the separate battalion of the patrol-post service of the "Kizilyurt" division and one policeman of this division received mild contusions.
