MfE: all victims of Volgograd terror acts received compensation money
The state has paid financial aid to all the families of the persons affected by the terror acts in Volgograd. This was reported by Vladimir Stepanov, Deputy Minister for Emergencies.
On December 30, 2013, the state started to pay financial aid to the families of the victims of the terror acts. On January 5, Sergey Bozhenov, Governor of the Volgograd Region, stated that financial aid was paid to 82 recipients. On the same day, the Governor demanded to complete payments till January 10.
"All payments that should have been completed till January 10 have been already made," the "Interfax" quotes Vladimir Stepanov, Deputy Minister for Emergencies, as saying today.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on December 29 and 30, 2013, in Volgograd, two terror acts were committed that killed 36 persons, including two suicide bombers. According to the administration of the Volgograd Region, as a result of the explosions, 65 persons were hospitalized.
In total, the two terror acts affected 111 persons.
