All persons killed in special operation in Semender identified
All person killed during the special operation carried out in the village of Semender near Makhachkala have been identified. This was reported by law enforcers.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in total, during the special operation, which was started at night of January 18 in the village of Semender, law enforcers killed seven suspected militants. Earlier, it was reported on the identification of Makhmud Aliev, who on January 15 was appointed the Amir of Makhachkala militants, Zaira Alieva, who was trained as a suicide bomber, Magomedrasul Shakhbanov, who like Makhmud Aliev, was put on the wanted list as a suspected criminal involved in two bombings committed in Makhachkala stores on October 30, 2013.
Besides, the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) has also reported the identification of Gamzat Mutalipov, who was suspected of involvement in a series of attacks on law enforcers, and Saigidulbatal Suleimanov.
According to law enforcers, 22-year-old Magomed Magomedov aka Magash and 29-year-old Eldar Magomedov aka Mukhammad Ryzhy (Red-Haired) were also killed, the "Kommersant" reports today.
The "Kommersant" notes that, according to the National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC), some of the persons killed in the village of Semender could be involved in the attack on the entertainment centre "Golden Empire" located in Bogatyrev Street in the centre of Makhachkala committed on January 17.
