Tuapse court arrests Vitishko for 15 days
Today, the ecologist Evgeny Vitishko has been sentenced in Tuapse to 15 days of administrative arrest.
Evgeny was detained in the morning when leaving the building of the criminal-executive inspection. At detention, policemen alleged that Evgeny Vitishko was suspected of committing a theft, the lawyer Alexander Popkov told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
However, at the Tuapse OVD (Interior Division) Vitishko was charged with committing an administrative offense: according to the police, he swore obscenities at a bus stop, said Popkov.
The ecologist was found guilty of hooliganism, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.
So far, the "Caucasian Knot" has no comments from Vitishko and his defence on the court ruling.
