Djamalutdinova and Magomedova detained in Dagestan are suspected of IAF activities

Madina Djamalutdinova, a native of Kyrgyzstan, who was detained on February 5 in Dagestan, is suspected of involvement in illegal armed formations (IAFs); today she is arrested by the court for two months, said the lawyer Murad Mallaev. His colleague Ziyavutdin Uvaisov said that in relation to Asya Magomedova, a resident of Dagestan, detained on February 4 as a suspected militants' helper, the court will decide on the freedom restrain measure on February 7.

Earlier, Ziyavutdin Uvaisov, the Chairman of the Bar named "Tradition", who is representing Asya Magomedova's interests, said that he was not admitted to see her. According to his story, Magomedova was taken to the building of the Centre for Combating Extremism (CCE) on February 4, after which the communication with her was lost.

"I managed to officially enter the case only last night, when I was invited as an advocate to Magomedova's interrogation at the CCE. She is suspected of aiding militants; specifically, that she had passed some object to one of the suspected IAF members. Asya Magomedova insists that she had done nothing of the sort," said Ziyavutdin Uvaisov.

Murad Mallaev, also a lawyer from the Bar "Tradition", reports that he could not locate his client Madina Djamalutdinova, detained on February 5 at the airport "Uytash".
