In Dagestan, Chontaul villagers claim kidnapping of law enforcer by unidentified persons
On January 31, two unidentified persons kidnapped in Dagestan two Chontaul villagers; one of them was later released, say the villagers. According to their story, the fate of the second one, who served in Chechnya under contract, remains unknown.
According to the villagers of Chontaul, Kizilyurt District of Dagestan, on January 31, two young friends went to hunt in the forest near the village.
"There, they were detained by two armed and masked men; they put them into a car and drove back to the village. On the road the attackers found a service ID on one of the friends and took him away. The other one was released and told that the other guy will follow him in two hours. But until now, nothing is known about him," a Chontaul villager told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
According to his story, the kidnapped guy served in Chechnya under contract, and came home for a few days.
The information about the kidnapping of a power agent was confirmed both by the information resources that support power agents and by those that support the Dagestan armed underground.
