On February 18, Sochi law enforcers detained the member of the Pussy Riot group for the third time during their stay in the city, said Nadezhda Tolokonnikova, a group member.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on February 18, nine persons, including Tolokonnikova and Alyokhina, were detained in Sochi. The city police explained that the detainees were questioned about some theft committed at the hotel where they lived. On the same day, all of them were released.
According to Nadezhda Tolokonnikova, on February 16 and 17, she and other Pussy Riot girls were also detained.
"On February 16, we were detained for 10 hours at a police station. Yesterday, we were detained by the FSB. Today we were also detained, and just now I was painfully beaten," Tolokonnikova told the Radio Liberty on February 18.
According to her story, the bodily injuries inflicted to her and another detainee Maria Alyokhina by policemen were fixed at the trauma centre. Both girls told about their intention to report the actions of the police officers to the Investigating Committee of the Russian federation (ICRF).
