KBR resident reports disappearance of her husband, who left to work in Anapa
Albina Khuzhokova, a resident of the city of Nartkala, Urvan District of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR), claims that her husband Murat Tkhagapsoev, who had gone, along with his friend, to the city of Anapa, KrasnodarTerritory, to work on a construction site, has disappeared.
On January 23, Khuzhokova turned to a police statement in Nartkala with an application about her missing husband. Policemen told her that her husband had been exposed to administrative arrest for 15 days.
On January 30, according to the woman, Murat Tkhagapsoev and his friend Astemir Khagazheev were released; they reported about it to their relatives on the phone. The friends decided to postpone their employment and return home. They went to the railway station, but were again detained there.
"Murat managed to call me and tell about the detention. Two days later, my husband called again and said that they were arrested again for 15 days. Thereafter, Murat did not answer," said Albina Khuzhokova.
She noted that the term of her husband's administrative arrest expired on February 14, but Tkhagapsoev and Khagazheev did not return home. Their fate is still unknown to their relatives.
