Civil activists detained in Sochi are suspected of administrative offences

The activists Olga Noskovets and David Khakim, who were delivered on Sunday to the Khosta ROVD (District Interior Division) in Sochi, were detained for 48 hours; they are suspected of disobeying the police. Khakim went on hunger strike, said the lawyer Alexander Popkov.

"The scheme was traditional: show your documents; here's orientation message; follow me – disobedience. They were detained," the lawyer wrote in his Twitter. The article provides for up to 15 days of administrative arrest, he has added.

Alexander Popkov told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that Noskovets and Khakim were detained at the same time in different places in the street without explanations.
