Owner of house blown up in Dagestan is suspected of aiding militants, says his lawyer
Alautdin Dadaev, a resident of the village of Agachaul, who was detained on February 17 and whose house was blown up on February 20, is suspected of aiding members of illegal armed formations (IAFs), said his lawyer Selim Magomedov.
Today, the lawyer told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that since his client's detention and until today he could not see Dadaev.
"Every time they present various arguments, why I can't meet my client. I have repeatedly filed complaints both to the Dagestani Prosecutor's Office and the Investigating Committee, but I received no answer or reaction," said the lawyer.
According to his story, Dadaev is suspected under Article 208 of the Russian Criminal Code as a militants' helper.
According to his wife – Aslikhanum Dadaeva, after the explosion of the house, she and her family continue residing with their relatives. "Now I try not to think that I've lost my only housing, since I'm unaware of the whereabouts of my husband, whom they hide from his lawyer," said the woman.
