Detentions

On February 17, Alautdin Dadaev, a villager of Novy Agachaul of the Karabudakhkent District of Dagestan, went to his farm; then, he took the way back toward the house, but never reached it. On February 19, his wife managed to find out at law enforcement bodies that Dadaev was detained and kept at the GOVD (City Interior Division) of Izberbash.
