Court dealing with lawsuit of Karabulak administration on eviction of refugee families adjourned till March 11
The lawyer of the HRC "Memorial", who is representing the interests of the respondents under the lawsuit filed by the administration of the city of Karabulak on eviction of eight refugee families from the temporary accommodation centre (TAC) "Promzhilbaza", asked the claimant to provide a number of documents relating to the appointment of monetary compensation to forced migrants. The judge has ruled to continue the consideration of the case on March 11 after the court has received all the documents, the HRC "Memorial" reports.
The respondents' interests at the trial are presented by Toma Tsechoeva, a lawyer of the HRC "Memorial".
The court session, scheduled for February 6, was postponed because of the non-appearance of the representative of the Ministry of External Relations, Public Policy and Information of the Republic of Ingushetia, which figures in the lawsuit as the third party.
Let us remind you that the above forced evictions began on October 7, 2013. As of October 23, 43 families were evicted from the "Promzhilbaza".
