In Dagestan, Abdulkadyrov's advocate cannot locate him

Arsen Radjabov, the advocate of Isa Abdulkadyrov, detained in Dagestan on suspicion of illegal possession of firearms, told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that his client was taken by policemen to some unknown place, and he cannot find him.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on July 10 a local Isa Abdulkadyrov was detained in the village of Nechaevka, Kizilyurt District, because in his house, according to the police, some firearms were found. His relatives are sure that the firearms were planted; while Abdulkadyrov asserts that he had incriminated himself after being beaten by policemen.

In the evening on July 12, the Kizilyurt District Court ruled to arrest him for a month.

According to Arsen Radjabov, Abdulkadyrov's advocate, on July 25 he learnt his client had been taken away from SIZO-3 (pre-trial prison) of Khasavyurt.

"If they took him to some investigative activities, why haven't they notified me as his legal representative?" said Radjabov, suggesting that his client may be subjected to torture again.
