Volgograd Region: court finds that website "Kavkaz News" is extremist

The Krasnoarmeisky District Court of the Volgograd Region has concluded that the website "Kavkaz News" posts extremist materials.

The Court has examined the content of the website at the initiative of the District Prosecutor's Office, which made a respective check and suspected the above extremism.

The judicial inquiry has revealed that the website "Kavkaz News" contains ideas that justify the superiority of "true Muslims", as well as ideas aimed at inciting religious enmity and hatred toward groups of other religious communities.

As a result, the court has upheld the position of the prosecutor's office and declared the materials of the website as extremist.

Currently, the access to the "Kavkaz News" is blocked. The server of the website is located in France, the "Height 102" reports.
