Consideration of Nadezhda Tsapok's case resumed in Krasnodar Territory
The Kuschevsky District Court of the Krasnodar Territory has resumed the hearing of the criminal case against Nadezhda Tsapok, accused of a fraud; she is the mother of Sergey Tsapok, who had been sentenced to life imprisonment and recently died in Krasnodar SIZO.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Nadezhda Tsapok, the owner of the agricultural enterprise "Artex-Agro", is already serving her term in colony under a similar charge. The trial on the second criminal case on a fraud against her began on March 20. She is imputed of three fraud episodes with land plots. The prisoner's dock also contains Ekaterina Stukalo, the lawyer of the "Artex-Agro".
After the death of her son, it became known that Nadezhda's health had deteriorated; and sessions were postponed after July 14, but were resumed on Wednesday, July 30, the RAPSI reports.
Now the court is examining the proofs of Tsapok's guilt presented by the prosecution; and it has already questioned the witnesses.
