Azerbaijani soldier killed in Karabakh conflict zone
The Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence (MoD) has reported about the murder of its serviceman on the Armenian-Azerbaijani contact line.
According to the MoD, the ceasefire was broken on Thursday around 5:00 p.m. by Armenian troops who shelled the positions of Azerbaijani army.
The "Trend" reports that the 22-year-old soldier Akhmedov Garayagdy Eldar oglu, who had been recruited from the Agdam District, was killed by a sniper's shot.
The "Caucasian Knot" has also reported that on July 29 an Azerbaijani soldier was wounded on the contact line. The official Baku believes that the soldier was wounded through the fault of the Armenian Armed Forces.
