Dagestani MIA declares four alleged killers of former Kizilyurt GOVD head wanted

In Dagestan, the police have put four alleged killers of Aitemir Salimgereev, the former head of the Kizilyurt GOVD (City Interior Division), on the wanted list.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the Police Colonel Aitemir Salimgereev was killed on July 9 in his house in one of suburban communities of Kizilyurt. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Dagestan, four men broke into the house, roped up his son, stabbed the colonel, cut off his head and then escaped. According to the Investigating Department for Dagestan of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF), the man was tortured before death. The armed underground took responsibility for the violent killing.

Those wanted on suspicion of killing Salimgereev are Oleg Shalyapin, a native of Kizilyurt, born in 1979; Ibragim Magomedov, from the village of Nechaevka, Kizilyurt District, born in 1979; Murad Abdulatipov from Kizilyurt, born in 1982; and Shamil Abdulkhalikov from the village of Tsebari, Tsuntin District of Dagestan, born in 1984.

The MIA of Dagestan asks those who know anything about the whereabouts of the above persons to turn to the police, the MIA's website said on August 6.
