Rashid Magomedov suspected of arms possession arrested in Dagestan
Rashid Magomedov, a resident of the Kizilyurt District, who is suspected of illegal possession of weapon, was arrested by the Court for one month, reported an official from the Kizilyurt District Court. Sapiyat Magomedova, an advocate of the arrested man, treats the Court's decision as unlawful and the court documents in the case as falsified.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on August 6, a search was conducted in the house of Rashid Magomedov in the village of Komsomolskoe of the Kizilyurt District of Dagestan. During the search, law enforcers found a grenade. According to advocate Sapiyat Magomedova, the grenade was planted during the search. The advocate has filed a complaint to the Prosecutor's Office about the law enforcers' actions.
According to the defence, the case was considered negligently, and the judge made a mistake when pronouncing the decision on the pre-trial restriction measure. Sapiyat Magomedova has added that she had filed a complaint to the Supreme Court of Dagestan.
