In Rostov Region, schools welcome 7000 children of Ukrainian immigrants

On September 1, more than seven thousand children of Ukrainian immigrants started training at schools of all 55 municipalities of the Rostov Region, the press service of the Rostov regional government reports.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that according to the authorities of the Rostov Region, as of September 1, the region accommodates in its territory 53,700 citizens of Ukraine, including 15,900 children.

Those seven thousand children of Ukrainian immigrants, who went to schools on September 1, include 3400 pupils of the 1st-4th forms, nearly 3300 pupils of the 5-9th forms, and more than 550 pupils of the 10-11th forms.

Schools of all 55 municipalities of the Rostov Region have welcomed children of immigrants from Ukraine, stated the report published on the website of the Rostov regional government on September 1.
