Dagestan: Abdulkadyrov's arrest extended by another month
The court has ruled to keep Isa Abdulkadyrov, a Resident of the Dagestani village of Nechaevka, suspected of illegal possession of firearms, in custody for another month, said his advocate Arsen Radjabov.
Let us remind you that on July 10 power agents detained Abdulkadyrov in Nechaevka, Kizilyurt District, in whose house, according to the police, firearms were found. On August 7, the website of the Prosecutor's Office of Dagestan reported a check of data published by the "Caucasian Knot" in relation to actions of employees of the Kizilyurt ROVD (District Interior Division) in Adulkadyrov's case.
On September 3, the term for the pre-investigation check of information about the crime expired, said Arsen Radjabov. According to his version, over the month of the check, prosecutors failed even to question Abdulkadyrov's wife and the detainee himself.
On September 5, and employee of the Kizilyurt Inter-District Prosecutor's Office said that the decision on the check was still pending.
