Advocate of Chechen native sentenced for murder of Yuri Budanov claims his client could be poisoned
Yusup Temerkhanov, a native of Chechnya, sentenced for the murder of ex-Colonel Yuri Budanov, may have been poisoned. This was stated by his advocate Murad Musaev. The advocate's opinion is based on the findings of several independent medical experts engaged to examine the state of Yusup Temerkhanov in the hospital.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 4, Murad Musaev, the advocate of Yusup Temerkhanov, reported that his client stayed in critical condition at one of the medical treatment facilities of the Federal Penitentiary Service (known as FSIN) in the Omsk Region. Medical experts are checking the patient for heavy metal poisoning.
According to the advocate, the fact of poisoning is proved by symptoms from which Yusup Temerkhanov suffers. Meanwhile, the advocate has refused to voice any version with regard to the possible motives for the poisoning of his client.
Let us remind you that yet on January 30, Murad Musaev stated that his client stayed in critical condition at the special medical treatment facility in Omsk. According to one of the friends of the prisoner, the Yusup Temerkhanov's illness resulted from his hunger strike declared in protest against placement to a punishment cell of the Omsk SIZO No. 1 (pre-trial prison)
