In Dagestan, two persons are killed during special operation in Tabasaran District
According to the preliminary information, two persons were killed in an armed clash in the Tabasaran District of Dagestan, stated a source in the law enforcement bodies.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on Thursday, a regime of counterterrorist operation (CTO) had been introduced around the perimeter of the Tabasaran District.
"An armed clash has occurred. According to the preliminary information, two militants were killed. The information is to be updated," the "ITAR-TASS" quotes a law enforcer as stating.
He has also noted that the activities to search for militants are underway in the Tabasaran District.
Recently, the introduction of the CTO regime in Dagestan was reported on September 5. Then, the special regime was introduced in the village of Kichi-Gamri of the Sergokala District. During the special operation, Murad Gadjiev was killed. According to the law enforcers, he was involved in the assassination of Federal Judge Akhmed Radjabov in 2013.
