Zarkipli Ramazanov kidnapped in Makhachkala, says his father

Musanip Ramazanov has informed the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that his son Zarkipli Ramazanov was kidnapped in Makhachkala by some strangers. The father has turned to the Dagestani Regional Public Organization (DRPO) "Pravozaschita" (Advocacy) for help, stating that the kidnapping took place in Dzerzhinsky Street, near the place where Zarkipli works.

"We've learnt from reliable sources that he is kept at the local FSB, and they were to release him on September 18, but haven't done it so far. We're highly concerned, since our son had done nothing unlawful," said Musanip Ramazanov, adding that not a single police department has officially confirmed his son's whereabouts.

Zarkipli Ramazanov was kidnapped in Makhachkala on September 15; and since then his location remains unknown, Aisha Selimkhanova from the DRPO "Pravozaschita" told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
