The message about the kidnapping of the above Kizilyurt resident arrived at the SMS service of the "Caucasian Knot" on September 25. Relatives reported that unidentified persons kidnapped the 31-year-old Magomedov.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 26 Magomedov's relatives held a protest at the building of the inter-district OVD (Interior Division) of the Kizilyurt District demanding to establish his whereabouts. The plan "Perekhvat" (Interception) was introduced in Kizilyurt with the aim to find Magomedov.

Magomedov's relatives haven’t yet confirmed the information that the man was found. According to Aslanbek Gasanov, a villager of Kirovaul Kizilyurt District, relatives of kidnapped persons often prefer to remain silent.

"Most often, kidnapped persons are severely beaten; sometimes their bodies even have signs of torturing with electricity. But despite all this, relatives refuse to give any comments and apply to the police because they are scared," Aslanbek Gasanov told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
