Doctors diagnosed a fracture in an activist's rib and bruises on his body. Alexei Mandrigelya told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that he got no serious injuries.

The incident occurred at 8:10 p. m. Moscow time. "When I was approaching the house, I noticed two young men at the entrance. When they saw me, they moved towards me. They approached me. Then, one of them pushed me with his shoulder, and the second one used his knee and began to hit me in the chest," Alexei Mandrigelya has said. And the activist has continued: "I managed to knock one of the attackers down, and then both fled."

"I got no serious injuries. Doctors from an emergency station diagnosed a fracture in my rib. And I got my hand slightly injured," the activist has stated. He has noted that both attackers looked like natives of the Caucasians.

According to Alexei Mandrigelya, after the attack on him, he called the police and reported on the incident. He intends to file a complaint later.

The activist does not rule out that the attack on him is related to his public activities. In particular, being a member of the Public Council for the urban improvement of Krasnodar, Alexei Mandrigelya is engaged in detecting illegal gambling clubs and machine in the city.
