Orota villagers in Dagestan feel no problems from CTO regime

In the villages of Kharakhi and Orota of the Khunzakh District of Dagestan, the counterterrorist operation (CTO) regime was introduced, a source from the enforcement bodies reports. Residents of the village of Orota state they have no problems associated with the regime.

The introduction of the CTO regime in the Khunzakh District was announced by the operational headquarters of the National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC) for Dagestan. According to the source of the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent in the Dagestani law enforcement bodies, the CTO regime was introduced in the villages of Kharakhi and Orota.

Earlier, the villages had never faced special operations and the CTO regime, the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) for Dagestan reports. Meanwhile, the MIA's officials failed to define the boundaries of the action of the special legal regime.

According to Omar Magomedov, a local resident, the life in the village goes as usual. He said that in the morning local residents did not notice too many law enforcers in the village.
