Ramazan Khanmagomedov, a resident of the city of Kaspiysk, suspected of killing Musail Alaudinov, a coach of the "Gorets "(Highlander) fight club, signed his confession under torture, said his advocate Madina Alieva. On October 10, the court ruled to place Khanmagomedov behind bars for two months.

Musail Alaudinov, the head coach of the sports club "Gorets" was killed on July 9 on the Makhachkala-Kaspiysk highway the Caspian. An unidentified person shelled his car Toyota Camry in the vicinity of the "Camping" micro-district. Investigators studied several versions, including a domestic (everyday) conflict.

Khanmagomedov was kidnapped by law enforcers on October 8, Madina Alieva told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent. According to her version, he was tortured with electric current, beaten and forced to sign a confession.

She added that on October 10 his house was searched. "In the basement, they found a pistol with a silencer. Our version is that the pistol was planted," she said.

During her last meeting with Khanmagomedov, Alieva, according to her story, was driven away; and an appointed advocate was sent to the detainee instead, who failed to mention in the protocol that Khanmagomedov had been beaten.

According to Alieva, she has sent complaints to the Department of Internal Security of the republic's MIA, the Prosecutor's office, and the Investigating Committee of Dagestan.
