In Ingushetia, managers of state-owned enterprise are suspected of non-payment of wages to 39 workers

In Ingushetia, managers of the State Unitary Enterprise (SUE) "Nasyr-Kortskoe" are suspected of non-payment of wages to 39 workers. After the Prosecutor's Office has intervened with the situation, the arrears are repaid. This has been reported today by the Ingush Prosecutor's Office.

According to investigators, in 2012-2014, the managers of the SUE "Nasyr-Kortskoe" had at their disposal the funds, tangible assets and other property of the enterprise and by the motives of the personal interest did not pay wages to the workers. The total amount of arrears reached 3 million roubles.

The acting director of the SUE "Nasyr-Kortskoe" was brought to administrative responsibility. However, the arrears have been paid in full only after the court granted 39 lawsuits to recover the debt from the SUE "Nasyr-Kortskoe", the website of the Ingush Prosecutor's Office reports today.

Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" has also reported on other cases when in the North-Caucasian Federal District (NCFD), managers of enterprises were brought to criminal responsibility for failure to pay wages to workers.
