In Dagestan, Patimat Nasibova's sister was held by police for an hour

Today, Saiganat Nasibova, a sister of Patimat Nasibova, accused of helping militants, was detained by the police. An hour later, she was released from the Kizilyurt ROVD (District Interior Division), said Elena Denisenko, the advocate for Patimat Nasibova.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Patimat Nasibova, a resident of the village of Kirovaul of the Kizilyurt District of Dagestan, was detained after a special operation on October 6. She is suspected of aiding and abetting members of an illegal armed formation (IAF).

Patimat Nasibova’s sister, Saiganat, was detained by policemen at about 3:00 p.m. at the entrance to Kizilyurt. "Policemen stopped the fixed-route minibus; forced all the passengers out; then, they released everyone, but detained Saiganat," said Denisenko.

According to the advocate, Saiganat Nasibova was released about an hour after detention.

Earlier, it was Saiganat Nasibova, who reported that her sister was tortured by the police. The "Caucasian Knot" had also contacted Patimat Nasibova's aunt and another sister Pariza. Both of them believe that Patimat was detained illegally.
