She was charged with fraud. In the evening of October 18, Lyudmila Bogatenkova was transferred to the Pyatigorsk SIZO (pre-trial prison) "White Swan".

At present, Lyudmila Bogatenkova is at home, and she has signed the recognizance not to leave.
