Dagestani resident claims law enforcers break into apartment of his disabled parents and beat them

Unidentified law enforcers have broken into the apartment of residents of Makhachkala, located in the Separatorny village. The law enforcers have demanded from the Makhachkala residents to report the whereabouts of their son Kamil Guliev. The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent has been told by Kamil Guliev himself that the law enforcers used physical force against his deaf-and-dumb disabled parents.

According to Kamil Guliev, in the morning of October 24, someone knocked at the door of the apartment where his parents lived. When the mother opened the door, "they hit her hands and roughly pushed her. Then, they forced her to the kitchen."

"My mother has also told me that my father, who was sleeping, was hit with a butt of a submachine gun. The attackers threw him down to the floor, put a gun to his head and threatened him while forcing him to sign some papers. However, my parents refused to sign anything. Then, their apartment was searched," Kamil Guliev has said.

At present, the Kamil Guliev's parents are going to undergo a medical examination and to file a complaint to the law enforcement authorities.

Kamil Guliev associates the close attention of the law enforcers with his charity activities he is engaged in the social networks under the nickname of Abu Usman.

On his Facebook page, Kamil Guliev announces fundraising for people in need, including families with children without breadwinner. Besides, he also organizes provision of legal aid to those people, who, according to him, are wrongfully accused of involvement in illegal armed formations (IAFs).
