Nadezhda Balbekina told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that she specially came to the rally from the Serafimovich District.
"My roots are in the Klyotsk District, from where my parents and grandparents had been dispossessed and exiled to Kazakhstan," she said.
According to Nadezhda Balbekina, she came specially to see the memorial to the victims of political repression. "It's good that we now have a common monument-boulder, where we can come and pay tribute to victims," she said.
Let us remind you that the opening of the monument "To Victims of Political Repressions" took place in December 2008. The monument was erected at the intersection of Chuikov and Naumov Streets, near the museum-panorama "Stalingrad Battle".
