In KBR, CTO regime introduced in village of Chegem Vtoroi
On Tuesday, a CTO (counterterrorist operation) regime was introduced in the territory of the village of Chegem Vtoroi of the Chegem District of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR). Militants were blocked in one of private houses, sources from law enforcement bodies report.
"The head of the Russian FSB for the KBR made a decision to hold a CTO in the territory of the village of Chegem Vtoroi of the Chegem District of the KBR, starting from 3:00 p.m.," the operational headquarters of the KBR reports as quoted by the "Interfax".
In a private household located not far from the "Lashin" Restaurant, law enforcers blocked several members of illegal armed formations (IAFs), the RIA "Kabardino-Balkaria" reports with reference to sources in local law enforcement bodies of Kabardino-Balkaria.
