Fire occurs in Grozny Airport
In the morning on Tuesday, a fire happened in one of the rooms of the Grozny Airport in Chechnya. The fire has been localized, no one suffered, and the airport works without any interruptions.
The report on fire was received by the on duty unit of the Ministry for Emergences (MfE) at 6:00 a.m. "Several fire brigades with special equipment and rescuers were promptly sent to the place of the incident," an official of the Chechen MfE reports.
It turned out that the panelling in one of the rooms on the second floor of the airport building caught fire. According to an MfE official, the fire-fighters spent 30 minutes to eliminate the source of fire.
The causes of the fire are being investigated, the website of the Chechen MfE reports.
