US court postpones sentencing of two Tsarnaev's friends till 2015
The sentencing of Azamat Tazhayakov and Dias Kadyrbaev, the two friends of Johar Tsarnaev, who is accused of organizing the terror act during the marathon race in Boston, has been postponed by the US court till 2015.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that apart from the brothers Johar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the figurants of the criminal case are the above Azamat Tazhayakov and Dias Kadyrbaev, citizens of Kazakhstan, and the US citizen Robel Fillipos.
According to investigators, Tazhayakov and Kadyrbaev were familiar with Johar Tsarnaev; and after the terror act they were destructing the evidence, thereby preventing the investigation.
According to new data, the US court has indefinitely postponed the sentencing of Tazhayakov and Kadyrbaev.
As of today, the date of sentencing is not yet defined, said Arkady Bukh, the advocate for Tazhayakov. "Most likely, it will not happen before the start of 2015," RIA "Novosti" quotes him as saying.
