Suspected IAF member shot dead in Makhachkala
In the capital of Dagestan, late in the evening on November 28, a man suspected of involvement in illegal armed formations (IAFs) was killed, said a local law enforcement source.
According to his story, the incident occurred about 9:00 p.m. in Akushinsky Avenue: fire was opened from a car on the walking police unit.
"The attacker was killed by return fire and pre-identified as a 37-year-old resident of Makhachkala," said the source, adding that nobody else was killed or wounded.
The RIA "Dagestan" reports referring to the source that a pistol was found on the casualty.
