The Azerbaijani journalist Khadija Ismayilova, who is under arrest, has been awarded the Barbara Goldsmith "Freedom to Write" Award of the American PEN Centre. Dozens of US sports journalists have joined the call of the PEN Centre to release Ismayilova from custody on the eve of the First European Games in Baku.
