About 600 people attend rally in support of "Sasna Tsrer"

In Yerevan, at a rally held at Freedom Square, the opposition leaders have announced the reorganization of the anti-crisis group to coordinate protest actions.

In the period of July 17-31, in Yerevan, supporters of the opposition "Constituent Parliament" held the building of the patrol-and-post service of the police regiment. On the day of the assault, one police officer was killed, and six other persons were injured.

According to organizers, the protest action was attended by about 600 people. In their hands, they were holding the posters demanding to release arrested members of the group "Sasna Tsrer" (Daredevils of Sassoun). Besides, they also demanded to send to resignation the president and the government, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.

The reorganization of the anti-crisis group in support of the arrested rebels was reported by Alek Enigomshyan, a freed member of the "Constituent Parliament", suspected of aiding the capture of the police regiment building.

According to Alek Enigomshyan, since August 13, a group in its new composition will coordinate the protests with the requirements put forward by the squad "Sasna Tsrer".
