11 Dagestani rescuers search for driver of car fallen into precipice

This morning, rescue teams have resumed their activities suspended at nightfall in the Untsukul District of Dagestan, where on November 10, a car fell into precipice. The searches take place on the Andean Koisu River.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on November 10, on the road Buynaksk-Gimry-Chirkata of republican significance, a Suzuki car fell off a cliff into the river. Rescuers from the Ministry for Emergencies (MfE) raised the foreign-made car and did not find any people inside it. According to eyewitnesses, when the car fell off a cliff, there were at least three persons inside it.

The searches involve 11 rescuers and three items of special equipment, as well as an inflatable boat, reports the website of the Chief Department for Dagestan of the Russian MfE.
