Unexploded shell found in Azerbaijani village of Gainag

Experts of the Azerbaijani National Demining Agency (ANAMA) have neutralized unexploded shell found in the village of Gainag in the Terter District.

A special mobile group was sent to the village; its experts examined one arable land plot and found one 122-millimetre cartridge; it was transported to the ANAMA central section and neutralized there, the "Trend" Agency has reported today.

According to "Yandex.Maps" service, Gainag is 11 km off Terter, the administrative centre of the district, and about 15 km off the city of Martakert in Nagorno-Karabakh.

Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" also reported that on September 21, 2017, ANAMA experts neutralized a cannon shell found in Yevlakh, the administrative centre of the Yevlakh District.
