Seven persons suffer from dangerous liquid spilt at Tbilisi airport
A Russian citizen was detained after a liquid hazardous to human health was spilt at the Tbilisi airport. As a result of the incident, seven persons were hospitalized with signs of poisoning.
The incident occurred at the ticket office of the Russian "Aeroflot" on July 2. After the incident, four persons were immediately taken to a hospital, and three others were hospitalized on July 4.
The condition of the hospitalized patients is assessed as stable, the "Georgia-Online" reported on July 4 with reference to an official from the hospital.
All the victims had got such symptoms as dizziness, nausea and inflammation of eye mucous membranes, the RT reports with reference to Giorgi Goglidze, the chief for the information service of the Georgian Airports Association.
According to the State Security Service of Georgia, a citizen of Russia poured out a liquid dangerous to human health at the ticket office of the Russian "Aeroflot" at the departure hall of the Tbilisi airport, and after that he was detained, the "Sputnik-Georgia" reports.
