A video clip, in which a Chechen publicly apologizes for throwing a metal can at metro passengers, has been posted today in the page of the pro-government television company. The young man said that "he was scolded by the republic's leadership."

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on October 10, a video appeared on the Internet, in which a man threw a metal can at metro passengers shouting "Akhmat is power!" This angered the head of Chechnya; Ramzan Kadyrov harshly characterized the hero of the video, demanding a public apology and visit to him with his parents "by the nearest air flight."

The message, in which Kadyrov demanded that the hero of the video come to him, was posted today in Kadyrov's page in the "VKontakte" social network at 3:30 a.m. Moscow time, and the video message, in which the young man apologizes for his deed appeared on the Instagram of the "Put" (Way) TV channel named after Akhmat Kadyrov in just 2.5 hours – at about 5:50 a.m. Moscow time.

In the video message, the young man says that he wants to apologize for his "unworthy deed: throwing a can at the guys sitting opposite and shouting 'Akhmat is power!' I was very much scolded by the leadership of the republic and my parents," says the author of the video message, on whose left eyelid a bruise is visible.
