Azerbaijan claims machine gun fire in conflict zone

The positions of the Azerbaijani Army in the Karabakh conflict zone were shelled for 22 times a day, the country's Ministry of Defence (MoD) has reported.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on February 21, Azerbaijan reported about 26 shelling attacks within the past 24 hours.

"Within the last 24 hours, units of the Armenian Armed Forces, by using large-calibre machine guns, violated the ceasefire regime in different sections of the frontline for 22 times," the website of the Azerbaijani MoD has reported.

According to the MoD, the positions of the Azerbaijani army deployed in the village of Kemerli and on the nameless heights in the Gazakh District were shelled.
